November 21, 2017 year . Began the visit of the delegation of the parliament of Ukraine headed by the leader of the parliamentary group of  Ukraine of the parliamentary relations with the Republic of Iraq by Igor Lapin. On the first day of the visit, held a series of meetings with Ukrainian parliaments: the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Iraq. Saeed and the Council of representatives (Parliament) Iraq with heads of parliamentary committees on economy and investment, as well as on of health care. During the meeting the parties discussed the necessary further steps to enhance international interaction, expansion of contractual-legal base of trade and economic cooperation, as well as the prospects for cooperation in the spheres of transport, reconstruction Iraq's infrastructure, health, visa policy and tourism.
