On February 1, 2026 Ambassador of Ukraine in the Republic of Iraq Mr. Ivan Dovhanych took part in the official opening ceremony of the first after a long period Ukrainian Embassy’s pavilion in framework of the 49th Baghdad International Fair organized under the patronage of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Iraq. 

The main purpose of the Embassy’s participation in this event is to promote the interests of Ukrainian exporters in the Iraqi market through dissemination of information about the Ukraine’s export capacity among Iraqi potential partners, particularly in the fields of agriculture, heavy industry, food and processing industries, IT and others.
