Within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of education and science between the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research of the Republic of Iraq and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 3 April 2013, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine offers state scholarships to citizens of Iraq to study at higher education institutions of Ukraine in the 2026/2027 academic year.
