On September 5, 2019, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Iraq H.E. Victor Nedopas met the Head of the Department of Human Rights of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iraq, Ms. Parikhan Shawki. They discussed the humanitarian situation in Iraq and on the Middle East, as well as a number of issues related to bilateral cooperation, in the framework of international organizations in particular.
