❗ If authentication and/or electronic identification in the "e-Consul" system is not possible, you should:

• Contact the official email address of the Embassy [email protected], providing a justification for the situation (with supporting evidence/screenshots attached) and requesting an appointment without prior electronic registration in the "e-Consul" system.

The receipt of ready-made documents is carried out on a first-come, first-served basis during the working hours of the consular section of the Embassy of Ukraine in Iraq.

We recommend contacting the consular section of the Embassy in advance at +964-781-107-00-52 (WhatsApp, Viber) to obtain information about the recommended time for visiting the Embassy to avoid long waiting time.
