President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy sent a congratulatory letter to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Iraq, H.E. Ali Falih Kadhim Al-Zaidi, on the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Iraq.

In the letter, the President of Ukraine noted the long-standing relations and many years of cooperation between the two countries. Ukraine is interested in preserving this foundation and giving new momentum to Ukrainian-Iraqi cooperation.

"I count on intensifying our bilateral dialogue and filling it with concrete, practical results in the interests of both our states and peoples," the President of Ukraine stressed.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy wished the Prime Minister of Iraq good health and success in his state duties, and wished the friendly people of Iraq peace, stability and prosperity.
